Untreated cracks can give the elements a direct route for their path of destruction.
Water is the enemy! The expansion of ice when freezing causes cracks to widen and pavement to buckle. Sealing a crack prevents water from reaching the sub base putting an end to costly repairs from pot holing and base failure.
Application Uses
With our knowledge and highly trained experienced crew, we can remedy cracks of all shapes and size. Pot Holes? Not a problem, we got you covered! Sealant is placed using the "over-seal-banding" technique.(Sealant fills the crack and about 1 inch on each side of the pavement).
Advantages
- We purchase directly from the manufacturer, keeping your project on time and within your budget.
- Newly seal coated pavement not only looks great but typically increase the value of your property as well.
- Reduces maintenance costs
- Resists gas and oil drippings, salt damage and the harmful effects of chemicals.

Application Process
Our system ensures a properly sealed "water tight" crack.
- Routing - creates a sufficient reservoir for the crack sealant to bond properly.
- Cleaning - using compressed air to eliminate dust and debris that would inhibit bonding of the sealant
- Sealing - The cracks are sealed with a hot rubberized joint sealant.
Products and Materials
ASTM D3405 is the only crack sealant we use. It seals cracks in asphalt and concrete from the intrusion of water and other foreign materials.
Specifications
- All materials meet ASTM D-3405 standard.
- Crack "fillers" such as AC-oil & cold pour crack filler are not used.
- The material meeting D-3405 is heated in an indirect fired kettle designed specifically for this purpose.
