Depending on the size of your project the Gemseal Polytar sealant can either be applied manually by hand or by one of our trucks specially design to evenly apply the sealant on your entire pavement.
Products and Materials
Asphalt Seal & Repair only uses premium coal tar emulsion sealants, and polymer blends of asphalt and coal tar emulsion sealants. We choose the Gemseal sealant from Bonsal American that is right for your application.
Specification
The Gemseal sealants we use meet or exceed all federal specifications. For High-Traffic areas, use Asphalt Seal and Repair's Diamond-Blend sealant for extra durability. Additional specifications and data can be found on our Additional Info page.
